Not long after, while volunteering in the Sunday school nursery at my church, something powerful happened. Caring for those little ones didn’t feel like volunteering — it felt natural, purposeful, and deeply fulfilling. In that moment, I recognized that God was revealing my calling. He was showing me that my career and my passion were meant to center around children.

In 2008, that calling became action when I opened a family home daycare. What began as a step of faith grew into a mission: to create the kind of environment every parent hopes for — safe, nurturing, faith-filled, and developmentally strong. A place where children are not just supervised, but protected, loved, and prepared.

My passion for education and my love for children came together with one purpose: to guide, protect, teach, and prepare each child for a bright future. Cornerstone Children’s Ministry was never just a business. It was built from conviction, prayer, and purpose.

Every child who enters our care is treated with intention — their emotional security, character, learning, and confidence matter just as much as their academic growth. We believe early childhood is where identity is formed, and futures begin.

Nothing brings me greater fulfillment than hearing parents years later share that their children are thriving — excelling academically, growing into leaders, and succeeding with confidence in school and life. Those moments confirm that the foundation built in early childhood truly lasts. God has given me gifts — to nurture, to teach, to protect, and to see potential in every child. My deepest desire is to pour those gifts into their lives, so they grow strong, capable, and prepared for what lies ahead. Cornerstone Children’s Ministry exists to be exactly what its name represents: a cornerstone — a safe beginning, a strong foundation, and a place where children are shaped with love, excellence, and purpose. And this mission continues to grow every day.

What Sets Us Apart

While many centers provide childcare and have multiple locations where the owners are not aware of the treatments that children receive, CCM provides calling-driven care, nurturing children academically, emotionally, and spiritually from their earliest years. 

Led by its owner mother of 3 children who knows how important a safe environment is.  CCM is supported by a highly qualified team. Our staff serves with passion and purpose, seeing their work not just as a job, but as a ministry to children and families.
